Normoxic Trimix Program is designed to train those who wish to dive to depths between 39 msw and 60 msw on OC , but who do not wish to breathe air below 39 msw. Trimix affords a means of reducing narcosis on dives to such depths.

Prerequisites:
Must be min. a Divemaster
Advanced Nitrox diver.
Deep diver.
Minimum of 18 years of age.
Must provide proof of a minimum of 150 logged dives, of which at least 50 were deeper than 27 msw.
Equipment required: Scuba tank min. 2x10l with isolation mainfold OXY clean, stage tank 5-10l OXY clean, min. 3 regulators, lift bag, reel etc. You can get the whole list from your instructor.

Duration and steps of the course:
15 hours of classroom.
Theoretical test.
Swimming pool lessons.
Stamina test at the swimming pool and in open water.
2 dives using Air or Nitrox to a depth of 39m carrying one stage tank. 3 Trimix dives with one gas change.
Max. depth 60m.
Min. run time for the dives 280min.

Qualification of graduates:
To dive Trimix mixes with 21+-1% oxygen to a max. depth of 60m decompressing on 50% nitrox.
This course is a prerequisite for the Trimix course.
